Hotel Sites
There are two approved hotel sites and Mayacan is actively seeking to enter into a joint venture with a hotel chain or developer to develop and construct a 46 room hotel on the southern end of the property bordering on the South Stann Creek. Below is an artist’s rendition of the proposed 46 room Mayacan Beach Hotel which is located on the south end of the property beside the mouth of the South Stann Creek river. Behind the hotel is a small commercial zone which will be home to shops, restaurants, a scuba diving center, a medical clinic and everything else you would expect in a small village.
The second hotel site is located near the center of the development and has more than 281 feet of waterfront. We are also seeking a joint venture partner to develop this hotel site or would consider an outright sale.
Middle Hotel Site
South Side of South Stann Creek
Just south of the South Stann Creek is a pie shaped piece of water front property measuring 9.5 acres with approximately 800 feet of water front.
