The resort is accessed by a four mile private road into the subdivision, travelling through some of the most spectacular scenery in all of Belize. the jungle you enter the beach area, to your right is the South Stann Creek which runs year round. To your left, along the access road, takes you to your new home.

Bordering on the South Stann Creek at the south end of the property and stretching north for one mile along the turquoise blue waters of the Caribbean ocean is the Mayacan Beach Resort. The subdivision is made up of two designated hotel sites and 63 waterfront lots measuring 50 ft by 120 ft. As well, there is a second row of 61 semi waterfront lots.
